- Returns must be in original condition (not used). Once inspected we will issue a full refund. We do not refund the original shipping charge and it is your responsibility to cover shipping back to Takedown.
- If you took advantage of the Free Shipping over $150 and you have returned items back to us where your overall order value falls below the $150 we will deduct the flat fee shipping charge of $13.99 from your refund
- Refunds will be issued back to the method in which you originally purchased the products. eg If you used Paypal - we will refund to your Paypal account.
